Alteration Station was established in 1992. Since taking over ownership in 2000, we have been providing great customer service as well as unbeatable workmanship.

Salim Karam, the owner, has been in the tailoring field since arriving to Portland in 1990. His career as a custom tailor began in 1979.

Along with the owner, our team of tailors and seamstresses are thankful for our many loyal customers. All of the staff at Alteration Station, previously at Lloyd Center, now at 1728 NE Broadway, enjoy the relationships we have built and know that our customers expect and will receive the best alterations, repairs, and tailoring.
